For phone consultations, please have an email or fax available to ensure all necessary paperwork can be completed. We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your in-person appointment. This ensures that you can complete any additional paperwork and still enjoy the full length of your schedules visit. Hutchinson River Parkway- South:
Exit 9B, MILL Rd. Eastchester. Follow to Rt. 22 (also known as WHITE PLAINS RD.) Make a LEFT and go approximately past 5 lights to 266 WHITE PLAINS RD. We are on the left hand side of WHITE PLAINS RD., the 3rd Brick building after the State Farm Plaza. There is a clearly labeled black sign that says “266.”

Hutchinson River Parkway- North:
Exit 9, NORTH AVE., New Rochelle. Make LEFT at LIGHT. Continue on NORTH AVE and Follow to MILL Rd., Eastchester. Bear Left onto Mill Rd. at the light. Follow to Rt. 22 (also known as WHITE PLAINS RD.) Make a LEFT and go approximately 5 lights to 266 WHITE PLAINS RD. We are on the left hand side of WHITE PLAINS RD., the 3rd Brick building after the State Farm Plaza. There is a clearly labeled black sign that says “266.”

Saw Mill River Parkway- South:
To Cross County Pkwy. EAST to exit 8 (NORTH COLUMBUS AVE). At 2nd traffic light make LEFT to Rt. 22/ WHITE PLAINS RD. Proceed to 266. We are on the right hand side of WHITE PLAINS RD after Concordia College. There is a clearly labeled black sign that says “266.”

Saw Mill River Parkway- North:

Bronx River Parkway- South:
Exit 9 (Leewood Drive) is on LEFT. Proceed straight under the underpass to stop sign. Make LEFT and continue on LEEWOOD DRIVE to stop light (Rt. 22/ WHITE PLAINS RD.) At light make RIGHT turn onto WHITE PLAINS ROAD. Go approximately 1 mile till 266. We are on the left hand side of White Plains Rd., the 3rd Brick building after the State Farm Plaza. There is a clearly labeled black sign that says “266.”

Bronx River Parkway- North:
Make RIGHT at EXIT 9 (Leewood Drive). Proceed straight under the underpass to stop sign. Make LEFT and continue on LEEWOOD DRIVE to stop light (Rt. 22/ WHITE PLAINS RD.) I-87 – South:
Take the TUCKAHOE RD. East (6E) toward Bronxville. Merge onto TUCKAHOE RD. Turn slight RIGHT onto GARRETT AVE. Turn LEFT onto ARMOUR VILLA AVE. Turn slight LEFT on to LAKE AVE. Turn RIGHT onto MAIN STREET. Turn slight RIGHT onto Winter Hill Rd. Turn LEFT onto TUCKAHOE RD. (Rt.22). We are about 25 yards on the right across from the Immaculate Conception Church. There is a clearly labeled black sign that says “266.”

Bus:
The Westchester Bee-Line Bus is Line #40. The closest drop off is in front of Cornell’s True Value. We are located on the same side side of the street; about a 5 minute walk south. We are on the left hand side of White Plains Rd., the 3rd Brick building after the State Farm Plaza. There is a clearly labeled black sign that says “266.”

Train Directions from NYC:

From Grand Central, Take the North White Plains train on the Harlem Line. Get off at the Tuckahoe Train Stop (about a 30 minute ride.)

It is a 15 minute walk from Tuckahoe Train Stop to Integrative Med Solutions. If you are walking, make a right onto MAIN ST. towards the Carvel Ice Cream store on the corner. Continue up Main St. for about a 1/3rd of a mile. When you get to the second light from the Carvel, bear RIGHT up the hill, this is WINTER HILL RD. Walk up the hill until you reach a flat road. This is White Plains Rd. We are about 25 yards on the right across from the Immaculate Conception Church. There is a clearly labeled black sign that says “266.”
