When you need to slow down, re-group and re-charge a yoga class at Integrative Med Solutions is the perfect choice. According to a report by Harvard Medical School, yoga has shown to support significant improvement and prevention of many health issues including stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, weight reduction, and cardiovascular health concerns. Yoga classes are taught on Wednesday’s from 4pm to 4:45pm by Certified Yoga Instructor Debra Barret. The yoga that Deborah teaches is a series of balancing and stretching poses called asanas intended to lengthen, strengthen and align your muscles, bones, breathing and life energy or Prana.
