Hutchinson River Parkway- South
Exit 18 W, MILL Rd. Eastchester. Follow to Rt. 22 (also known as White Plains Rd.) Make LEFT go approximately 5 lights to 281 White Plains Rd. We are directly after the restaurant sign "Ciao" on the right hand side of the road.

Exit 17, NORTH AVE., New Rochelle. Make LEFT at LIGHT. Continue on NORTH AVE and Follow to MILL Rd., Eastchester. Bear Left onto Mill Rd. at the light. Follow to Rt. 22 (also known as White Plains Rd.) Make LEFT go approximately 5 lights to 281 White Plains Rd. We are directly after the restaurant sign "Ciao" on the right hand side of the road.

To Cross County Pkwy. EAST to exit 8 (NORTH COLUMBUS AVE). At 2nd traffic light make LEFT to Rt. 22/White Plains Rd. Proceed to 281.
Saw Mill River Parkway- North
To Cross County Pkwy. EAST to exit 8 (exit will read NORTH COLUMBUS AVE./MT. VERNON) At 2nd traffic light make LEFT to Rt. 22/White Plains Rd. Proceed to 281.
Bronx River Parkway- South
Exit 9 (Leewood Drive) is on LEFT. Proceed straight under the underpass to stop sign. Make LEFT and continue on Leewood Drive to stop light (Rt. 22/White Plains Road.) At light make RIGHT turn onto WHITE PLAINS ROAD. Go approximately 1 mile till 281. We are directly after the restaurant sign "Ciao" on the right hand side of the road.
Bronx River Parkway- North
Make RIGHT at EXIT 9 (Leewood Drive). Proceed straight under the underpass to stop sign. Make LEFT and continue on LEEWOOD DRIVE to stop light (Rt. 22/White Plains Road.) At light make right turn onto White Plains Road. Go approximately 1 mile till 281. We are directly after the restaurant sign "Ciao" on the right hand side of the road.
I-87 - South
Take the Tuckahoe RD EAST (6E) toward Bronxville. Merge onto TUCKAHOE ROAD. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto Garrett Ave. Turn LEFT onto ARMOUR VILLA AVE. Turn SLIGHT LEFT on to LAKE AVE. Turn RIGHT onto MAIN STREET. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto WINTER HILL ROAD. Turn LEFT onto White Plains Road (Rt.22). We are about 50 yards on the left across from the red State Farm Plaza sign.

Train Directions from NYC:
From Grand Central, Take the North White Plains train on the Harlem Line. Get off at the Tuckahoe Train Stop (about a 30 minute ride.) It is a 15 minute walk from Tuckahoe Train Stop to Integrative Med Solutions. If you are walking, make a right onto Main St. towards the Carvel Ice Cream store on the corner. Continue up Main St. for about a 1/3rd of a mile. When you get to the second light from the Carvel, bear left up the hill, this is Main St. Walk up the hill until you reach a flat road. Here you will curry corner to the right and follow the chain linked fence straight for about 20 yards towards the back of a yellow sided building with a brick chimney exposed from the ground up in front of you. Make a left and then a quick right. The entrance to IMS is in front of the white stucco building to your left directly across from the red State Farm Plaza sign.
